Join the farm team this fall for winterizing beds, spreading mulch, trimming back perennials and some harvesting for UW Dining and the UW Food Pantry. You will meet farm team members learn about the UW Farm at the Center for Urban Horticulture and how urban farming can exist on a previous landfill and building site.

All volunteers must sign up on-line on our website page before arriving. Please complete the 2-step process, by completing two forms, including one for liability with UWBG and the form for tracking participation.

If possible dress in warm layers, sturdy footwear and bring a snack and water bottle. If you have gloves bring them. The farm also has gloves for every volunteer.
