Description	We know that stress can take its toll on the body, and we want to provide you with a healthy way to relax and unwind! Our resident licensed acupuncturist is here to assist. Acupuncture sessions are held at the FitWell offices inside the IMA. A current Rec Membership is required to participate. We offer 30-minute acupuncture-only sessions and 1-hour acupuncture + massage combination sessions.
