The CSNE Hackathon is an annual, extended weekend-long event that takes place in Seattle, WA. Local and out-of-state participants hack away with cool technology and come up with prototypes for neural engineering solutions.

The hackathon is open to students from CSNE-affiliated institutions: University of Washington, San Diego State University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Southwestern College. You may also apply if you have participated in the CSNE-REU program, regardless of your home institution. To learn more about the CSNE, visit the official website.

A series of introductory software and hardware workshop + webinars are also being provided to give some experience with human electrophysiology to potential contestants, especially those without previous experience with software and electrical engineering.

The tentative workshop dates are Feb 7, Feb 28, Mar 6, Mar 14, Mar 24, and Apr 4. More information will be provided in early January.
