| Description | Held annually in June, the HCDE Open House features student projects, presentations from research groups, prizes, food, and fun. The highlight of the HCDE Open House is capstone project presentations by graduating Bachelor's and Master's students. Projects are sponsored by members of HCDE's Corporate Affiliates Program and other University-affiliated or non-profit collaborators. A judging panel awards teams with cash prizes based on the categories of innovation, research, and design. All visitors to the HCDE Open House can cast a vote for the People's Choice Award. |
