Description | The Center for Neurotechnology (CNT) Hackathon is an annual, extended weekend-long event for students from the University of Washington and from CNT-affiliated programs and partner institutions across the country. Students compete at the event within a 36-hour timeframe to create novel technologies, which are aimed at addressing sensorimotor neural engineering problems. Prototypes the students create address common health issues associated with spinal cord injury, stroke and other neurological disorders. The Hackathon will be held at the CNT in Seattle, Washington, February 21-24, 2020, with final projects being presented to a panel of industry and academic judges and awards given out Monday, February 24. The final project presentations are free and open to the public. More info at www.cnthackathon.org. |
