Description | Service, system, and ITSM practice teams have an interest in maturing their practices around lessons learned, and the lack of a central tracking place has been raised as a challenge to that effort. Join us in our July meeting, and help us as we look to bridge this gap! In previous CIM meetings, UW Connect was raised as a potential repository. We’ll be reviewing the proposed Lessons Learned record, and will kick off the meeting reviewing it and capturing your feedback. We’ll then split up in breakout rooms to discuss and capture details about your real world Lessons Learned examples, using an interviewer(s)/interviewee approach. This will help us mature our CIM practices as we’ll 1) further vet the proposed record and 2) start to build a repository that can be used as examples in UW-IT. |
