Skill Level: Intermediate - Advanced (completion of the Adobe Illustrator Fundamentals workshop is not required prior to attending this workshop, but highly recommended if you are a beginner)

Description: Learn how to create a animal digital illustration by using the pen tool to create complex shapes. We will learn more about the advanced functions of Adobe Illustrator such as adding textures and shadows, using the pathfinder tool to create custom shapes, and using gradients to fill our shapes. In this workshop, students will review the basics of Adobe Illustrator then explore the more advanced functionalities. Students can expect to leave with an ability to work on their own vector based projects such as logo design, poster design, illustrations, icons, etc.

Even though the classroom is booked for 2 hours, the workshop is about one and a half hour long and the last 30 minutes will be used to answer specific questions students may have (you are welcome to bring the projects you are working on if you require any additional help)
