| Description | UW Learning Technologies invites you to learn more about MediaAMP, a cloud-based media asset management system, its easy-to-use web interface Modalis, and its seamless Canvas integration. If you have media collections to share with students or among faculty and staff, or need a better way to centrally manage your media assets, MediaAMP will be of interest to you. At this event, the MediaAMP Team will provide an information and demonstration session. You’ll learn about their new automated closed-captioning feature, how to deliver content within Canvas or directly on the web, and how to utilize the many tools available to you for centralizing, repurposing and sharing content with colleagues and students. MediaAMP will also be provide a preview of Modalis V2. A completely redesigned version to be released in Spring 2020.
In the spirit of continuing to foster a MediaAMP community at UW, we have invited existing users to join us so they have an opportunity to talk about their use cases for MediaAMP. This event is open to all UW faculty, TAs and staff. Please feel free to bring your lunch along, refreshments and snacks will also be provided. Stay tuned for possible remote attendance via Zoom.
