UW Pathology Presents “New models and methods for interrogating kidney development and disease" Lori O'Brien, PhD Assistant Professor Dept. of Cell Biology and Physiology University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Why Attend this Seminar? The development of new methodology and models to study kidney development, function, and disease is advancing at a rapid pace. From organoids to novel genetic mouse models to next generation techniques, we are gaining incredible insights. In this seminar, I will discuss our efforts to generate and employ novel models to interrogate nephron progenitors and their podocyte descendants. I will cover the insights we have gained with these tools into kidney biology and implications for disease. Meeting ID: 994 1137 3399 Passcode: 5202122 |
