Please join us for a special lecture by Uzbek Ambassador Javlon Vakhabov on Uzbekistan and Its Foreign Policy. This lecture will honor the recently deceased Professor Ilse Cirtautas, who was a pioneer in the field of Central Asian studies and built many bridges with Uzbekistan. A memorial reception for Professor Cirtautas will be held immediately following Ambassador Vakhabov's lecture.
