| | Description | You're invited to March Madness, a celebration of the 150th anniversary of Louisa May Alcott's Little Women, which will be held on Saturday, November 23 from 10:00am to 1:00pm in the Research Commons in Allen Library South. Come for lightning talks, re-enactors, costumes, baked goods, crafts, and general merriment! Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided. Free admission! At 1:00, after the main event, there will be a trip down to Special Collections to look at rare books by Louisa May Alcott and other nineteenth-century American women writers. |
