The HR/Payroll Modernization Project will hold several Technical Update Forums that will provide information about which systems will be impacted by the project and how to prepare. In addition to two forums being held on the UW Seattle Campus and the UW Tower, an additional session is being held specifically for UW Medicine. REGISTER (eventactions.com… ). It is essential that all technical representatives of potentially impacted systems attend one of the forums. We need to identify potentially impacted systems now to ensure a smooth transition. You should attend if you are a system owner (business or technical) of a system that may need to integrate with, or that may be replaced by, the new Workday HR/payroll system. You will be impacted if you:
• Use HR/Payroll data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Use HR/Payroll data from the Operational Data Store
• Receive data feeds from HEPPS
• Use standalone/shadow systems for tracking HR/Payroll related data The HR/Payroll Modernization project integration testing will begin in June 2015 in preparation for go-live in late-December 2015. |
