We are excited to announce the launch of a new UW-IT Community of Practice (CoP) dedicated to Continual Improvement! Continual Improvement is key to aligning UW-IT’s services and practices with the ever-evolving needs of our customer community. The means by which improvement initiatives are carried out are vast, with a variety of methods, techniques and tools being used at all levels of the organization. The purpose of this CoP is to provide a forum for UW-IT team members to share and learn from one another, with an end goal of improving the services we deliver. Our vision for CoP meetings is that agendas be member-driven, that the format emphasize conversation over presentation, and that participants of all levels of experience feel welcome and their contributions valued. |
