Bios: Christina Tidwell is a cardiac registered nurse at UW Medical Center and holistic health and nutrition coach at who specializes in helping women suffering from chronic autoimmune conditions increase energy levels, reduce pain and inflammation in the body, and decrease stress and anxiety in order to live a more vibrant life not ruled by chronic disease. She believes in the power of food as medicine and that a diet of real, whole foods is the key to sustained health and happiness! Christina is the founder of Live Well with Christina Tidwell, a holistic health coaching practice based in Seattle, WA. Dr. Barrymore Rosellini (Psy.D.) is a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual, group, and couples therapy, as well as assessment (neuropsychological testing) services, to adolescents and adults. His humanistic, acceptance-based, and relational therapeutic approach helps clients move closer towards their values and create meaningful change. Dr. Rosellini traveled to Nepal, trekking in the Himalayas to a small monastery so as to practice mindful meditation, and has since made mindfulness an important aspect of his personal and professional life. |
