Description | Mindful Self-Compassion, 8 week course Well-researched and developed by Drs. Chris Germer and Kristin Neff, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) helps participants explore the habits of being kinder to ourselves and others, living with more ease and well-being in our daily life. Mindful self-compassion is a first step in emotional healing. By learning to be-friend oneself, and by acknowledging difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness, curiosity and love - rather than self-judgment or self-criticism - cultivating self-compassion allows one to honor and accept our humanness. The cost is $360.00. Scholarships and an income-based reduced fee option are available.
