Packing your own lunch can feel like a lot of work, but eating well doesn’t need to be complicated. Join UW Club Sous Chef Joanna Soeung to learn how to pack delicious and nutritious food without spending hours in the kitchen. Chef Jo will teach us how to make easy to-go salads that can be conveniently stored in mason jars. You will learn how certain items, especially veggies and dressings, can hold up in your fridge, and how to prepare them ahead of time. All participants will receive an electronic copy of the recipes and will be able to sample the dish after the demonstration. Register early! Limited seating available. |
