Back by popular demand, join your UW colleague Daren Wade, the director for the Global Health Resource Center and certified Zumba instructor, as he leads us through a fun workout that incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo dance moves. All levels are welcome - no prior dancing or Zumba skills required. Join us in breaking a sweat and having some fun! Please wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle and sweat towel. |
