Work It: Celebrate UW Fitness Day May 2 at Husky Stadium Calling all Dawgs! In recognition of Global Health and Fitness Month and the UW’s ongoing commitment to advancing population health both globally and locally, The Whole U is thrilled to invite all UW faculty, staff, and students to join us on-field at Husky Stadium Wednesday, May 2, from noon to 1:00 p.m. for UW Fitness Day. A one-of-a-kind workout celebrating the many ways we move, this year’s event will feature 40 UW coaches and fitness partners who will lead you and your colleagues through a series of 40 unique workout stations to enliven body and mind, including strength training, cardio bursts, active recovery, yoga and more! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate, so gather your group and get ready to Work It! All registered participants will receive a free UW Fitness Day t-shirt!
