Peaceful Training Run Club (PTRC) is based on the philosophy that we don’t just run, we train. We train to become more knowledgable runners and in the process we train to become happier, healthier and more peaceful human beings. Join the Whole U for a running clinic and workout on the Husky Track that will include: Running Mechanics/Form Breathing Rhythm Track Workout All fitness levels are welcome.
