Description | Description Come join Instructor Anna Larson in an intelligently sequenced vinyasa style class on July 11 in the UW Tower South Cafeteria from noon to 1:00 p.m. Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that links each posture together in a flowing sequence, slowly setting up postures at first then flowing one breath and one movement once the foundation has been set. Anna offers modifications to make each posture feel safe and empowering for your body. You will explore balancing postures, and work with the breath as you flow throughout class. Expect to work up a little bit of a sweat and leave feeling more calm and loose than when you walked in! No prior experience with yoga or meditation required. Yoga Mat or Towel is required. |
