The Whole U is thrilled to bring Fitness on the Fly, a unique session with 24 Hour Fitness, to Harborview Medical Center on July 11th from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. What exactly is Fitness on the Fly, you ask? This speedy, go-to workout produces results, getting your body moving and heart pumping. Fitness on the Fly is a high-energy class that incorporates lunges, jumps, pushes, and pulls with heightened power and endurance. With over 400 clubs nationwide, 24 Hour Fitness is a tried and true exercise partner. All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle and sweat towel. We hope you join the Whole U and 24 Hour Fitness to add some beneficial movement to the afternoon! Brent Schafer became a trainer to have the privilege of sharing his lifestyle of fitness with others. He believes that the highest quality of life can be achieved by exercising consistently and fueling the body properly. He finds true fulfillment and happiness when he can help someone on their personal fitness journey. Brent is also a fellow Husky who received his BS in Physiology from UW. His achievements at UW include walking on to the 2015 – 2016 UW men’s crew team and being a contributing author on a research paper in 2017. You can find Brent at the Northgate 24 Hour Fitness club where he works as a CPT with certifications in AED, CPR, and NSCA CPT. |
