Join the Whole U for the Learning Happiness seminar with Tabitha Kirkland, Ph.D, lecturer in the Department of Psychology, and explore how our lives can be more fulfilling, joyful, and meaningful. In this seminar, you will discover three key things that contribute to happiness: mindful awareness, social connections, and contributions to something larger than oneself.
