Starting October 1 • Tuesdays noon to 1:00 p.m. • HUB • $50 This 9-week Autumn vinyasa yoga series is a dynamic heat building practice that synchronizes movement with breath. This class utilizes progressive and creative sequencing to build towards a peak pose that enlivens your body, mind, and heart. Cultivate physical strength, cardiovascular health, mindful awareness, and a greater sense of overall well-being. Some experience with yoga recommended. Please bring your own matt. This class costs a flat-rate of $50. Payment will be collected at the first class on 10/1 in HUB 145 in the form of cash or check made to The Whole U. She continues to evolve her personal yoga and meditation practices and her ongoing lifelong passion for learning. Her classes are structured around intelligent sequencing, layered with accessible posture options, creative movement flows, and a heartfelt intention. Her breath based classes, focused on deep listening, offer tools to nourish and empower your own practice to help foster a sense of mindful presence and connection.
