Description All throughout our Dare to Do New Year's Challenge we're parterning with the University Y Tacoma Student Center at UW Tacoma to offer free kettlebell strength training classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Register here to sign-up and gain free entry to a 45-minute strength-training workout every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the University Y in Tacoma. About the class: A Kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. Using these weights, you will be taken through a variety of movements all designed to develop strength, mobility, internal energy, work capacity and vitality. With your coaches, Lauren and Colin, you can expect the ultimate class for extreme all-around fitness. All are welcome! Simply register here and show up! When you get to the Y, check-in at the front desk and let them know that you are attending the 4:30 p.m. strength training class as part of The Whole U.
