Description Barre3 is a full-body workout that builds toned muscles and increases the metabolism with a signature approach of sustained holds, micro-movements, and cardio bursts. Every Barre3 class strengthens, tones, and balances the body and mind! Come try it for yourself at the Capitol Hill barre3 studio on Saturday, January 25 from noon to 1:00 p.m.! This studio provides lockers, showers, toiletries, and towels. It's the perfect way to kick off an exciting day in Capitol Hill exploring Seattle. The studio is located on Capitol Hill on 12th Ave between Tavern Law and Mighty-O Donuts. There is paid street and garage parking available nearby, all attendees are responsible for their own parking. The address is: 1404 12th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. No experience required. Barre3 classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered. This free class is a unique opportunity to get the full barre3 experience!
