This Winter, join The Whole U and UW Recreation for a 8-week Deep Relaxation series at the ECE from 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Thursdays. Starting January 23 • Thursdays 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. • ECE • $25 This 25 minute progressive relaxation will support your body to release built up tension, let go of mental stagnation, and rejuvenate wholeheartedly so you can reengage with the rest of your day. Lay down, unplug, and simply be. No prior experience with yoga or meditation required. Bring a yoga mat, towel and any added layers as you will be laying down the whole time. This series costs a flat-rate of $25. Payment will be collected at the first class on 1/23 in the form of cash or check made to University of Washington. Room details:
