Description | Description Join The Whole U and Pure Barre Seattle for a high energy, low impact workout via Zoom! With small isometric movements set to upbeat music, Pure Barre is a total body workout that tones your glutes, thighs, abs, and arms all while being relatively low impact. This workout will last 45 minutes and all you need is yourself, comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in, water, and a yoga matt or towel. Ready, set, Zoom!
