The past year has tested our mettle and challenged our ability to focus, plan and communicate. The Focal Point lunch-and-learn mini-series centers around restoring inner strength, well-being and equilibrium as a basis for greater productivity, effectiveness, and partnerships at work. Focal Point will feature a different topic each month it’s offered. Meditation is the theme for Focal Point in the month of May: - Understand the benefits of a regular meditation practice for both general well-being and skills related to organizational effectiveness.
- Learn and practice breathing and meditation techniques.
- Develop a meditation practice that you can feel confident to do on your own.
The weekly one-hour sessions will include content about meditation skills, techniques, and benefits; opportunities for practice; and time for Q&A and discussion. Sign up for the series and attend all sessions or as many as you are able to. Participation in this series is $75. |
