UW Fitness Day 2022! The Whole U is thrilled to partner with the ARC at UW Bothell for UW Fitness Day. Fitness Day is a special event, where we can come together as a UW community and celebrate our strengths. We hope you will join us in celebrating at UW Bothell with a wide variety of fun and energizing classes led by ARC instructors. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Participants will receive a performance t-shirt upon arrival at a UW Fitness Day class. On Monday, May 23, participants are invited to attend any of the following classes: 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. - Slow Flow Yoga with Julianna (outdoors) 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m - Indoor Cycling with Lyle (indoors with masks) 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. - Yoga with Julianna (outdoors) 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. - Full Body Strength with Indy (outdoors) Registered participants will receive an email with detailed instructions the week before May 23. UW Fitness Day is about much more than being active and having fun as a community. Together, we’re raising funds for Be The Match and encouraging anyone eligible to join the registry and save lives.
