Details | Join us as health and wellness expert, Margaret Grant explains how essential oils from plants and flowers are used to create scents that can evoke both emotional and spiritual healing properties upon the mind, spirit, body, and soul. This is the practice of aromatherapy. Maggie Grant is the founder of the small health and wellness group GRANTED wellbeing. After a career in politics and public service, Maggie studied yoga and meditation initially to help and heal her then young son from debilitating developmental delays. Seeing firsthand the incredible effect yoga and meditation had on her and her family, she immersed herself in the studies of meditation, yoga, nutrition, aromatherapy, trauma, breathwork, and Ayurveda. Maggie is now sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained with those who are hungry for more out of life. Her motto is: Get inspired to live a robust life uniquely your own and most importantly, take nothing for GRANTED.
