Details | Interactive, live online learning webinar for youth and families of all abilities Get ready to flex, bend, and strike a pose! During this live online learning webinar, young yogis will combine breath, stillness, and movement exercises to recreate a work of art, explore the senses, and discover mind-body connections. This mindfulness session is led by a yoga instructor from Create Calm. Each session is open to families, care providers, students, and teachers of all abilities. Classroom teachers can sign up for a session and share the link with their students. Learners in the third through the eighth grades will work with a museum educator to document their responses to a work of art, participate in movement exercises, reflect on their emotions, and brainstorm affirmation statements. Learners in prekindergarten through second grade will zoom into a work of art and explore its details with their bodies. Select from the dates below. Each program begins at 4:30 pm EST.
