John-Paul (J-P) Clarke is the Chief Innovation Officer of Universal Hydrogen and a professor of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at The University of Texas at Austin, where he holds the Ernest Cockrell Jr. Memorial Chair in Engineering. Prior to joining the faculty at UT Austin, he was a faculty member at Georgia Tech, and previously a professor at MIT. He was vice president of strategic technologies at UTC during an 18-month leave from Georgia Tech, an engineer at Boeing and NASA JPL, and co-founder of multiple startups. Prof. Clarke received his S.B., S.M., and Sc.D. degrees from MIT. Dr. Roger Connor is a curator in the National Air and Space Museum’s aeronautics department. He received his BA from Virginia Tech and holds an MA in Museum Studies from The George Washington University, an MA in American History from George Mason University, and a PhD in American History from George Mason University.
