Details | Make a doll and make a memory with loved ones during this hands-on activity. Visitors will hear a short presentation from museum staff about soft-sculpture figure dolls in the museum’s collection made by the Growing Thunder Collective followed by an artmaking activity to take home. Parents and caregivers visiting with youth ages 5–13 are invited to make a paper doll that represents a loved one. Dollmaking materials like those used to make the Growing Thunder dolls will be available for touching, smelling, looking, and listening. Art supplies provided.
