Join Lauren Bakland from the University Y for a 4-week Raise the Bar outdoor fitness series designed to increase activity at work. The series will run July 6 - July 27 every Friday, from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Each week will feature a new activity that combines fitness and fun.
