The Whole U and the University Y are excited to bring this 7- week Tai Chi series to UW Tacoma with instructor Jeffery Daniels. The series will take place every Tuesday at the steps at Prairie Line Trail starting July 17th and run through August 28th. Tai Chi will help you gently and gracefully improve strength, gain better balance, reduce stiffness and pain, enhance your sleep and boost the immune system. All fitness levels are welcome are encouraged to participate. No prior experience is needed. Sign up for the first class in the series and attend all 7.
