Keynote Address Sonya Andreae Sonya serves as Senior Vice President of Global Care and Services at Infoblox where she is responsible for maintaining customer health across all product lines. Sonya is responsible for Infoblox’s global customer experience, including customer loyalty, service, and relationships, in addition to driving a customer-centric experience throughout the company. She leads Infoblox’s Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support, Critical Accounts and Maintenance Renewals teams. She has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry where she had leadership roles providing support to customers for Drobo, TiVo, Packeteer, HomeWarehouse.com (acquired by Wal-Mart.com), and Apple Computer. Sonya holds a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University. She lives in Silicon Valley and her personal interests include travel, horseback riding, hiking, and gardening. She has 18 years of experience in engineering and technology industry where she has held several senior technical leadership roles building and leading product development and quality assurance. Padmini holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. She lives in the Silicon Valley and her personal interest include reading, gardening, playing soccer and mentoring and coaching middle and high school students. Sarah Champion Sarah is Director of Operations at SiteCrafting, a web design and development company headquartered in Tacoma, WA for over 20 years. Sarah has over a decade of experience in the tech industry developing and overseeing various human resources, marketing and business development functions. She is passionate about organizational development practices and how to maintain low turnover in a highly competitive market for skilled tech workers. She has previous experience across several industries including healthcare, retail and arts/entertainment, with a focus on building up and supporting strong organizational cultures. Sarah currently serves on several regional boards that focus on professional development, sustainable business communities and work/life balance. Sharon Wong Sharon is currently and Advisory Board member for the School of Engineering and Technology at the UWT and was former director of business development in the Chief Technology and Architecture Office at Cisco Systems, running programs to transform and accelerate innovation in the Engineering organization. She was most recently director of business incubation in the Emerging Technologies Group, which incubated new businesses with $1 billion revenue potential for Cisco. She is passionate about driving innovation and created the Cisco I-Prize global open innovation competition and I-Zone, the internal employee innovation site in pursuit of new ideas for Cisco to incubate. |
