No insurance is needed for the screening; however, appointments are required. Interested persons can schedule an appointment by calling 206-543-5291. The dermatologist will let you know if any follow-up is suggested. Free parking is unavailable. However, there is a parking garage and the hourly rate is: $6.00.
Appointments take approximately 15 minutes, but patients are asked to come 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. |
