In this “Introduction to Omeka” workshop you will: - Learn about Omeka and how it has been used by faculty and students at other institutions
- Feel comfortable adding items to collections, writing descriptive metadata, and building simple exhibits in Omeka
- Reflect on how you can use this software in your own teaching or scholarship
This fully online workshop will include a mix of demonstration and hands-on opportunities to practice working in Omeka. Portions of the workshop will include small breakout sessions where workshop attendees can work on their own and ask questions of workshop leaders in a smaller, more casual setting.
