This Program is for UC Davis Health Physicians and APPs Only. 

The Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) Program teaches participants many different self-care practices to reduce the negative health effects of stress. Regular practice of the skills taught in this program can enhance your well-being, improve your sleep and mood, and reduce physical symptoms such as pain and gastrointestinal distress that are exacerbated by stress.

The SMART Program will meet online once a week for 8 weeks from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please note that you will need to only register once.
