Tai chi is a centuries-old, mind and body practice. This practice has been called gentle meditation in motion, as sessions help put busy lives in do-not-disturb mode, to make time to breathe, relax, and become more grounded in the present moment. Participants perform basic warm-up exercises, stretches, forms, and martial technique.
No registration required. Drop-ins welcome! Learn more about the dedicated volunteer instructors. Offered three days a week: Mondays at the Shared Services Center, Aspen Room, and Wednesdays and Fridays at Hoagland Hall, Room 130.
