With proven conflict management techniques, you can minimize the negative impact of conflict, keep relationships on track and lower your stress. In this live workshop, you will have the opportunity to put conflict prevention and conflict management strategies into practice by developing approaches to realistic conflict scenarios.
The prerequisite to attend this workshop is completion of the following microbadges: Understanding and Recognizing Conflict, Preparing to Address Conflict, and Addressing Conflict. These microbadges are offered in a self-paced, online format. To enroll in the microbadges, visit here.
This workshop consists of a 1.5-hour practice session, for which learners will earn the Conflict Management Practice Microbadge. Upon completion of the prerequisite and this workshop, learners will earn the Conflict Competences Pathway Micro-credential.
