Strengthen your inner resources and improve your sense of well-being through scientifically supported kindness meditation. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being.
Sessions will be held Wednesdays, March 15 through May 31, from 12:30-1 p.m. No session held on Wednesday, April 12. Register for this series via Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions.
