Take a mindful pause for your well-being. Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.
From March 9-June 1, join us for Mindful Pause from 12:45-1 p.m. One-time registration covers all Thursday sessions. No session on Thursday, April 13. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
