Learn how to activate your body’s natural relaxation response by exploring a self-calming skill through experiential exercises. Presented by Neesha Patel of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being. Each session explores a different topic:
- Monday, March 6 - Deep Abdominal Breathing
- Monday, April 3 - Progressive Muscle Relaxation
- Monday, May 1 - Grounding
