Join your fellow UC Davis community members for a free pilates/yoga "Piyo" class led by a UC Living Fit Forever instructor. PiYo combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core strengthening and stretching elements of Yoga. Designed to bring a sweat, this is a low-impact class appropriate for all levels.
