Friday Forums meet every other Friday in the South Lounge at Bodega Marine Laboratory from 11:00-11:50am. Talks are 30-40 minutes long, followed by Q&A and discussion. Talks can be about research findings, preliminary results, or ideas for future projects. Other topics are also very welcome and encouraged -- including talks about what a group/department does at BML/BMR, public education, efforts to advance DEI, history of the region, natural history, travelogues, the arts, or any other topic of general interest.
These events are open to all UC Davis affiliates, whether they are primarily located at Bodega Marine Laboratory, on the Davis campus, or at another UC Davis location, and including students, staff, researchers, faculty, docents, etc., but are not currently open to the general public.
