nd learners in the residency programs now include four generations ̵
1\; Baby Boomers\, Gen X\, Millennials and Gen Z. Each generation approa
ches education\, work and communication with distinct value systems and
expectations. These differences can lead to learner dissatisfaction and
come as a surprise to faculty when revealed in anonymous surveys. This w
orkshop will help to identify generational differences and tensions lead
ing to learner dissatisfaction in the context of higher medical educatio
n and to develop strategies to foster a more positive learning environme
nt leading to improved learner'\;s experience and survey results. Fac
