Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) are employment-focused workshops for veterans or veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses.
Your Next Move is designed to help anyone who is unsure of what they want to do next with their career. This workshop explores interest profiling, skills matching and general labor market information. It is designed to introduce the basic tools needed to begin career exploration.

| Employment Rights - Veterans Build your Brand. Refine your Resume. Craft your Career.
Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) are employment-focused workshops for veterans or veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses. Employment Rights covers veterans’ basic standard employment protections and is also applicable to job seekers whose disabilities have an impact on their job search.
This workshop covers essential information on the American Disabilities Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act. Furthermore, reasonable accommodations and self-advocacy are presented.

| STATEWIDE: ESD Self‐Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) Orientation (Virtual) The Self‐Employment Assistance Program (SEAP) may be a great opportunity if you want to start a business!
Once approved, SEAP is a unique program that enables you to: · Receive entrepreneurial counseling and business coaching through a pre‐approved training provider · Continue to collect Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits while developing your business plans · Work on creating your business and waives the weekly work‐search requirement
You are invited to attend a virtual workshop to explore: • What is SEAP? | Mock Interviewing Lab - In person In this interactive workshop you will test drive your skills in preparation for the "real thing" by practicing in a supportive mock interview setting. We will include behavior-based interview questions and provide best practice strategies in improving your nonverbal skills.
