NEW FEATURES FOR EVENT COORDINATORS
We’ve added two new features to the Celebrate Westport Calendar.

You can now add an image to your event's listing. Images are optional, but we encourage you to add an image if you have one. The calendar system will optimize the image for the web and make it appear in the correct size relative to your listing. The following image types are supported: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF .

The other new feature is an expansion of event categories from the original 7 to 20. Selecting the field is now required for event submission. The calendar now features a Category filter that allows event-goers to find events based on their selection. You can select a many categories as applicable. For example if your event is a fundraiser featuring dance, you can select Gala/Fundraisers and Dance. When either category is selected the event will appear.

Submitter Information
Name:  * Name is required. Name cannot exceed 254 characters.
Email:  * Email is required. Email cannot exceed 254 characters. Email doesn't look valid.
Phone #: Phone number is required. Phone number doesn't look valid.



Event Information
Event title:  *Title is required.Title must contain less than 254 characters.
Location: Location is required. Event location cannot exceed 254 characters.
Start date:        The event must start before The event must start on or after
Time:
: Eastern Time
Duration: :Specify End The event must end before
Repeat:
Select at least one day of the week. Time is required for selected days. Time is not valid. Daily and weekly repeats cannot be longer than 2 years. Repeat cannot end before start. Repeating events must end before These Duration and Repeat settings create events that overlap each other. Get help fixing them.
Add an event image:
Category:  *Category is required.
Description: Description must contain less than 10000 characters.
