This four week series is offered once a week for 2 ½ hours. The goal of the class is to provide valuable tools to expectant parents in preparation for the birth experience. The program includes discussion on the stages of labor, role of the coach, relaxation and breathing techniques, medications, (including epidurals), birth options, cesarean births, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
Recommended for first-time parents. Best taken during the 7th month of pregnancy.
Special Instructions: This will be a virtual, online presentation offered through Zoom. After you register, Chester County Hospital will send you details and instructions so that you can connect and participate in this presentation from your home computer or other device. You will receive your link and all instructions by email approx. two business days prior to the event.
